This is a fantasy film festival targeting all science fiction and superhero movies, specifically targeting teenager and young adults. It was quite noticeable for me, as soon as I stated working on my website how much the practical design was different from my initial wireframe. The tone I wanted to create is a colorful, cheerful one to give the atmosphere of comic books. Hence, I used black and red in the heading of the home page an attempt to create a marvel like atmosphere. Moreover, the font used is similar to the one used in arcade games and comic books. I initially wanted to make the text about the movie overlay the video, but could not get that working.
